I’m Chris Porter, an investor turned real estate advisor, based in Chattanooga. I started like many people do: reading, saving, and trying to make one good decision at a time. After four years of learning, I bought my first home at 28, then added a duplex, a four-plex, and eventually larger multifamily. In 2022 the rental income from my first two properties replaced my W-2, and I committed to real estate full-time.

Today I manage a modest portfolio of rentals; 48 residential units and a small retail property. I use that hands-on experience to help clients buy and sell with clear numbers and a practical plan. My background as a Marine Corps Major, MBA, and multi-state licensed Realtor® keeps me focused on preparation, process, and follow-through.

I work with owners and investors who want straightforward guidance: what the asset is worth, what it can be with a plan, and the steps to get from A to B without drama.
